Located on the west side of the campus, along Shenandoah Drive, are 17 brick Townhomes. This option of housing provides seniors 55 years of age or older a “little more space.” Townhomes are 2 bedrooms and generally 2 baths (some are 1 and 1/2 bath). No rent subsidy is available for the Townhomes.
