The Cottages at Ardmore Village feature 4-plex “manors” for low- to moderate-income seniors. Residents are offered coin-operated laundry facilities located conveniently around the campus and mail is delivered to the centrally located Village Hall community center. As with the Apartments, rent is subsidized by HUD.
