Mission Statement

The mission of Ardmore Village of the Episcopal Diocese of Oklahoma is to provide quality, affordable residency for elders and to promote health, social, educational, enrichment services that elders may live out their years by God's grace with as much independence, dignity, productivity, and meaning as health and circumstances will allow.

Ownership and Management

Ardmore Village, Inc. is a ministry of the Episcopal Diocese of Oklahoma. The Board of Directors is nominated by the Bishop and elected by the Diocesan Council. Ardmore Village is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit federally-regulated organization. The Ardmore Village is a United Way Agency. The Lodge at Ardmore Village, an assisted living residence, is licensed by the State of Oklahoma and is a United Way Agency
